Position Title: Caregiver / Home Care Aide
Location: Frederick, MD, Virginia and surrounding areas
Employment Type: Full-time / Part-time / Contract
Job Summary
We are seeking compassionate and reliable caregivers to provide high-quality, in-home care to our clients. The caregiver will assist clients with daily living activities while promoting independence, dignity, and comfort.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist clients with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing)
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Help with meal preparation and feeding if needed
• Perform light housekeeping (laundry, cleaning, organizing)
• Assist with mobility and transfers
• Remind clients to take medications
• Accompany clients to appointments or errands
• Monitor and report any changes in client condition
Qualifications
• Previous caregiving experience preferred
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable
• Good communication skills
• Ability to pass background check
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Requirements
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willing to obtain)
• Health screening and TB test
Work Schedule
• Full-time / Part-time / Flexible shifts available
